What is Lifestyle Medicine?
Lifestyle medicine is all about using everyday choices as powerful tools for healing and growth. By focusing on nourishing food, regular movement, quality sleep, stress resilience, positive relationships, and steering clear of harmful substances, it helps people prevent, manage, and even reverse common health challenges like heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and obesity.

How are coaching sessions structured?
Each client begins with a free 30-minute discovery call to establish a connection and clarify goals. From there, we offer personalised 1-on-1 coaching sessions, available weekly or bi-weekly. Sessions are virtual and typically last 50 minutes. We also offer group programs and wellness workshops.
