About Us

AWOKE Life Coaching was born from lived experience — my own journey through chronic stress, exhaustion, and the slow, deliberate process of rebuilding a life from the ground up.

For years, I operated the way so many professionals do — driven, committed, and quietly running on empty but the corporate world rewarded output, not wellbeing.

Burnout isn't sudden, It creeps in — through the fatigue you explain away, and the sense that something fundamental is missing.

Recovery came from a combination of changes that slowly, steadily balanced my perspective. Improved sleep patterns. More intentional nutrition. Physical Movement that felt rewarding rather than punishing. And breathwork — the discovery that transformed everything. The realisation that the breath is the most direct, powerful tool we have to regulate the nervous system, calm the mind, and return to the present moment.

That journey led me to study breathwork and life coaching, and to complete Harvard Medical School Executive Education's Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching programme — where the science of Lifestyle Medicine gave structure and depth to what experience had already taught me. The result is AWOKE Life Coaching with a methodology built on both evidence and empathy.

I use the latest evidence-based frameworks from Harvard Medical School's Lifestyle & Wellness Coaching programme to help you reclaim your energy, health and purpose — with a focus on exercise, nutrition, sleep hygiene, stress resilience, positive social connection, and avoiding harmful substances. Life is moving fast, and while the 21st century brings endless opportunities, it can also increase lifestyle imbalance.

Our human experience combines a spiritual, mental and physical interplay of energy, and AWOKE Life Coaching uses elements of each in our approach to wellness.
